Spectrum Properties takes great pride in providing attentive and courteous maintenance to the tenants of BB&T Center. 

Please send us your workorder request via Building Engines, our workorder tracking software.  Go to requestcom.com to log on with the username and password assigned to you.  Your workorder will go directly to a building engineer allowing us to promptly and efficiently service your needs.
