As senior vice president of Spectrum Properties Management Co., Ted Lee is responsible for meeting the leasing goals for our Charlotte project portfolio. Ted is instrumental in ongoing brokerage assignments, including sales/dispositions and tenant representations.

Trudy Dixon

Senior Property Manager

Trudy Dixon worked for Spectrum as a Regional Property Manager in the Residential Division from December 2004 until February 2006 and rejoined the firm in May 2007.  As Senior Property Manager, she is currently responsible for overseeing the management of commercial office space totaling over 550,000 square feet.

Eric Forshee
Marketing Representative

As Marketing Representative for Spectrum Properties, Eric Forshee specializes in the leasing and marketing of Spectrum's properties in the Uptown Charlotte area and in the I-77 corridor.  A native of Hickory, NC, Eric is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
