As senior vice president of Spectrum Properties Management Co., Ted Lee is responsible for meeting the leasing goals for our Charlotte project portfolio. Ted is instrumental in ongoing brokerage assignments, including sales/dispositions and tenant representations.

Chris Mauth

Senior Property Manager

Chris Mauth joined Spectrum Properties in February, 2007 as a senior property manager.  He is responsible for the management of the BB&T Center, a 553,000 square foot office tower in downtown Charlotte, NC.  Chris also oversees Spectrum Parking, a full-service parking company with operations in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC.  Currently, he serves as the Vice President/President-Elect for the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Jill Ecuyer
Senior Marketing Representative

As senior marketing representative of Spectrum Properties, Jill Ecuyer is responsible for leasing BB&T Center and leasing and land sales for The Park - Huntersville. Jill is a graduate of Loyola University and holds a North Carolina broker's license.  Prior to joining Spectrum Properties in 2010, she was the director of leasing for The Harris Group where she was the recipient of the CRCBR Million Dollar Member Award and won second place in overall office leasing.
