BB&T Center is centrally located in uptown Charlotte's Central Business District, in the heart of the Overstreet Mall.  We strive to provide our tenants and guests to the building with a convenient, pleasant environment and to meet or exceed expectations.

• BB&T's 1,520 space parking deck offers tenants and guests easy access to the building. 
  
• To ensure both tenant and building safety, our experienced security team monitors and patrols the property 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  
• BB&T Center provides concierge service through Queen Charlotte Concierge.
  
• Our on-site management team is available and eager to help any way possible.
